About Us
We are a Church of England parish church located in Allerton, South Liverpool. We are part of the Mossley Hill Team Ministry, the deanery of Liverpool South and the Diocese of Liverpool.
Built in 1876, All Hallows has just celebrated its 135th anniversary and the completion of major restoration work on the church tower.
All Hallows is part of a Team Ministry of three churches and join with our sister churches of St Matthews and St James, Mossley Hill and St Barnabas, Penny Lane in welcoming you to our website and to our Community of Blessing. We are served by two full-time (stipendiary) clergy: Godfrey Butland (Team Rector) and Alan Kennedy (Team Vicar), together with our own Ordained Local Minister, Tina Nicholson and three readers, Rachel Metcalf, Jim Page and Christopher Stead.
All Hallows has a membership of nearly 400, many of whom are active in a variety of ways, serving the church and the local community. Because we believe that responding to the call of Jesus to follow him is at the heart of what it means to be a Christian, our mission statement is 'A Church on the Way - Calling Everyone to the Way of Christ'.
We hope to welcome you soon to Sunday worship, or to any of our midweek activities.
