Brownies Birthday Celebration - 193rd Liverpool (Thursday) Brownie Pack  1931-2011- This autumn it was 80 years ago that the Thursday (formerly Friday) All Hallows Brownie pack was registered. Since the present leaders are to retire in July, and as yet no one has come forward to take over, we are saving our birthday celebration until the spring when we can either introduce our new leaders or celebrate the birthday with a finale.

For the celebration we need your help.

Over the years hundreds of people have been involved with the pack, primarily as Brownies but also as leaders, helpers or family. We would like to have, on our celebration weekend, a memory wall. So we are asking all these people to write on a plain postcard (or similar sized piece of paper), the years of their involvement, their name, then and now, a sentence or two about something they remember of that time and something about themselves now. Please get these to Lorna Walker 68, Brodie Avenue, Liverpool L18 4PB. Also enclose your contact details (email lornawalker@rapid.co.uk  would be easiest), if you would like to be informed of our reunion birthday plans.

Copies of this notice are available at the back of church. Please get the message to as many people as possible.

Do you have a spare cabinet that you no longer want? We are looking for a small cabinet, with 3-4 drawers, to hold all the bits and pieces of small equipment, spare microphones, CDs and tapes. It has to have drawers only, not cupboards and have a maximum height of 30" so it can fit under the main sound desk. I will happily collect if appropriate. Lew Eccleshall (0151 724 2850).

Flowers for Christmas If you would like to contribute towards Christmas flowers, the collection box can be found in church on the wall by the Children's Chapel.

Planned Giving envelopes for 2012 are ready for collection at the back of church for those who give by regular weekly envelopes. Please remember to pick yours up.
