Please use the Sunday Zoom link for these events \nThis week we also offer the following suggestions for your prayers :- \nInternational\n Pray for an end to the escalating military coup in Myanmar where so many people are losing\ntheir lives and for the very touching news of the 9 year old blind boy who is teaching his\nclass mates\, what he has just learnt\, in the rubble of their school.\n The terrible famine in Yemen.\n That the vaccines will reach the poorer countries as soon as possible. \nNational\n For the children returning to school after so long\, for their safety and health. And also for\nthe teachers.\n That people will stick to the rules the Government has given so that the pandemic will not\nspread again.\n For the huge task of getting the country’s economy right. \nLocal\n For Marie as she is licensed as Vicar of St. Micahel’s Huyton on Sunday 7th March\n That the Duke of Edinburgh makes a smooth recovery from his recent heart\nprocedure and will be discharged from hospital soon.\n Pray for the Bishop Eton community where several priests have suffered Covid 19 and one\npriest has very sadly died.\n Pray for Asylum Link and the very difficult task they have to care for the asylum seekers in\ntheir care.

DESCRIPTION:The APCM\, which was due to take place in April will now take place on Wednesday 21st October 7:30pm via Zoom (not in church as previously advertised) .  This meeting is to celebrate the life of All Hallows for the previous year\, 2019\, and look forward to the coming year.  To receive the accounts and select Church Wardens and new members to the PCC and Deanery Synod.\nThere are:\n2 vacancies for Church Warden\, Church Wardens are elected every year\n4 vacancies for PCC\n4 Vacancies for Deanery Synod Reps\nNomination forms will appear in church in the next few weeks.  Please note that to stand for election for any of these positions you need to have been on the Electoral Roll of All Hallows for 6 months and nominated by 2 people\, also on the Electoral Roll of All Hallows.\nMore details of the APCM will be in the All Hallows Bulletin over coming weeks.

DESCRIPTION:This autumn we will be running a Pilgrim course on Zoom.  Pilgrim is a course for the Christian journey and combines prayer\, reading the Bible in a reflective style\, and discussion. We will be exploring what it means to live as a child of the kingdom of God and to follow in the way of Christ each day.   It is appropriate for people who know very little about the Bible as well as experienced Christians.  The course starts on Thursday 15th October 7.30 for 7.45 and will run for 6 weeks (with a break on 5th November).\nWe hope that many of you will want to join us.  There is a course handbook so if you would like to take part do let us know so that we can order a copy for you\, and send you the Zoom link.  Please contact marie.allhallows@outlook.com .\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
